This warranty covers qualifying repairs for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of service listed on your original repair invoice.
Honored at participating repair facilities throughout the United States and Canada, the PAC warranty helps protect many major vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, air conditioning, electrical systems, engine performance, cooling systems, fuel and ignition components, and more. If a covered repair fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, you may be eligible for remedial service, part replacement, or reimbursement—at no additional cost to you.
If a covered failure interrupts your personal trip and you are more than 100 miles from home, you may also qualify for trip interruption reimbursement of up to $250 for eligible meal and lodging expenses when an overnight stay is required.

PAC Roadside Assistance — Help When You Need It Most.
Unexpected breakdowns can happen anytime. That’s why Red Rock Repair includes complimentary Professional Automotive Community (PAC) Roadside Assistance with qualifying repairs or service. This program provides emergency roadside support for 12 months (365 days) from the date listed on your repair invoice.
Roadside Assistance coverage applies only to the specific vehicle serviced and helps get you safely back on the road when emergencies arise. Eligible services include towing, lock-out assistance, flat tire help, battery jump-starts, and emergency fuel or fluid delivery. Coverage is available to the vehicle owner, spouse, or dependent children while driving the covered vehicle.
The PAC Roadside Assistance program is reimbursement-based, allowing you to contact a licensed service provider of your choice. Covered services are reimbursed up to a maximum of $150 per vehicle per coverage period, once a complete reimbursement request is submitted.
